Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed on DSGPromos.com, operated by Dynamic Solutions Group, Inc. ("DSG", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we sell to

We sell wholesale promotional products to businesses and organizations. By ordering, you confirm you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization.

2. Minimum order quantities

Minimum order is 48 pieces for bags and 144 pieces for caps, per item, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

3. Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and depend on quantity, as shown in the price tiers on each product page. Prices do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before charging a corrected price.

4. Artwork and proofs

  • We provide a free digital proof before production.
  • You are responsible for checking the proof for spelling, artwork, color, size, and placement. Approval of the proof authorizes production exactly as shown.
  • You confirm you own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, and artwork you send us. You agree to hold DSG harmless from claims arising from artwork you supply.
  • We may decline any artwork we consider unlawful or offensive.

5. Production and shipping

Production takes 7–10 working days after proof approval. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval. Custom decorated merchandise is not returnable or refundable unless defective. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Product colors and descriptions

We try to show products and colors accurately, but on-screen color may differ from the actual product and imprint.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed event dates.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
