Buying custom tote bags in bulk comes down to three things: the bag you choose, how many you order, and how your logo is decorated. This guide shows real bulk prices from our current catalog so you can budget a tote bag order before you ask for a quote. All prices below are per bag, taken from the live product pages, and every bag is stocked in our Chino, CA warehouse.
How bulk tote pricing works
Every tote bag page on DSG Promos lists four quantity tiers: 48-99, 100-999, 1000-2999 and 3000+ pieces. The price per bag drops at each tier, so the same bag can cost much less per piece on a large order. The minimum order is 48 pieces per item.
On most products the listed price is the blank bag. Imprint charges (silk screen run charge per color and location, or embroidery) and setup are listed in the Decoration Charges table on each product page and are confirmed in your quote. Our non-woven tote bag #4186 is the exception: its table shows an all-in price with a 1-color imprint included.

What drives the price of a tote bag
- Fabric. 600D polyester and 100gsm non-woven polypropylene totes are usually the lowest-cost options. Cotton and canvas totes cost more as the fabric gets heavier, for example 6 oz cotton versus 13 oz canvas. See our tote bag fabric and GSM chart.
- Features. Zippers, front pockets, gussets and contrast handles add cost. A basic open tote is the lowest-priced style.
- Quantity. Moving from the 48-99 tier to 3000+ lowers the price on every bag in the table above.
- Decoration. Each extra imprint color or location adds a run charge and setup. A 1-color logo on one side is the lowest-cost option.
Tips to get the lowest price
- Pick a basic poly or non-woven tote if price matters most.
- Use a 1-color logo in one imprint location.
- Combine your order into one quantity to reach a lower tier.
- Order early enough to allow 7-10 working days after proof approval, plus shipping time.
