What are your minimum order quantities?
48 pieces for bags and 144 pieces for caps and hats, per item.
How long will my order take?
Orders ship 7–10 working days after you approve your proof. Transit time depends on the shipping method you choose.
How do I get a quote?
Email sales6@dsgpromos.com with the item #, color, quantity, imprint method and your logo.
Artwork & Decoration
What file types do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF) work best. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway. Our creative team can help.
Which decoration methods do you offer?
Silk screen printing and embroidery. We'll recommend the best method for your item and logo.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof, and production starts only after you approve it.
Can you match my PMS colors?
Yes. Send your Pantone references and we'll match as closely as the material and method allow.
Do you keep my artwork for reorders?
Yes. Your approved art stays on file so reorders are quick.
Can you design a custom bag or hat?
Yes. Our in-house creative team develops custom designs for brand programs. Ask us about options and minimums.
Payment, Shipping & Changes
Where is your inventory?
All stock items are warehoused in the USA.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations are accepted before production begins. Once items are decorated, they can't be cancelled.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Per-unit pricing drops as quantity increases. Ask for a quote on large programs.
