How many caps are in a carton?
- Most styles: 144 caps per carton. This covers 72 of our 78 cap styles, including baseball caps, trucker caps, visors, camo caps and beanies.
- Bucket hats and some styles: 96 per carton. These 6 styles are packed 96 per carton:

Carton size and weight
Our cap cartons are listed at 30" x 21" x 15" and 28 lb per carton. Carton count drives shipping: an order of 1,440 caps of a 144-pack style is 10 cartons, while 960 bucket hats of a 96-pack style is also 10 cartons. Ground shipping is charged by package weight, and large orders may be quoted as freight. We confirm shipping in your quote.

Minimum order and quantity tiers
The minimum order for custom caps is 144 pieces per style, which is one full carton of most styles. Each cap page lists tiered pricing that starts at 144 pieces and drops at higher quantities, with styles from $1.01 each at volume.

- Round to full cartons where you can. Ordering in multiples of the carton quantity (144 or 96) keeps cartons full.
- Plan your logo. Embroidery is priced by stitch count and the charges are listed on each cap page. We send a free digital proof before production.
- Allow time. Production takes 7-10 working days after proof approval, plus shipping time.
